Will work with you to understand your organization's capacity and how to increase it for more effectiveness.  Review and analysis includes:

> structure and infrastructure
> process management
> fiscal
> performance management
> personnel management, Or
> any component part by itself (for example can focus on process efficiencies or organizational structure).

Our analysis is conducted with a focus on and appreciation of the organization's strengths.

Leadership coaching also available, especially for new directors, managers and supervisors.

Will work with you and your team to design strategic planning process that will set your organization on course for success using any one of the four models:  

- SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)

-Core Values Strategy Model

- Public Value Model

​​Program  Planning, development, Implementation and Evaluation

Will perform federal, State and local policy analysis as needed to understand program requirements and/or funder expectations and either develop or facilitate the development of comprehensive plan for implementing new and effectively maintaining programs and services.

Services also include:
* facilitate planning meetings

* drafting work plans and evaluation   criteria
 
* creating logic models to guide the planning process

* Drafting policy briefs 

* planning and facilitating focus groups to gather input and feedback related to program development and evaluation

* grant writing

​* developing implementation and evaluation plans

* and other activities needed to fully execute and monitor programs and services.
